Bert the black and white cow **made to order**

Have you ever heard of the tale of Old Macdonald? and his cow he had? Well, there's a little funny thing about nursery rhymes. Sometimes things get lost in translation. Remember the ring around the rosy? Meet Bert Macdonald the Black and white cow. Now there is SOME truth to the song, Bert is a farmer. but he definitely does not farm cows. He farms wheat. The Macdonald family have been in charge of the farming pastures of Cozy Cove for a multitude of generations. Some even say they were the very first farmers to stake their claim. With such a long legacy the Macdonalds felt a huge sense of pressure to be the very best farmers, and Bert being the oldest of six, it really adds to the pressure. and of course, the rivalry amongst the six siblings. There is Bert, Rosie, Collin, Stanley, the fluffy twins Ed and Eddy, and of course the baby Harlow. And all of them have a different idea how the Macdonalds farm should run.

There is so much pressure in being the oldest, sometimes Bert wishes his younger sister Rosie was in charge. She definitely knows how to boss around all her brothers. Bert just hopes he can keep the peace, because lately it seems the Macdonald siblings are all in at war with one another. For the sake of Cozy Cove, we too should hope they can finally get along.
